Ans: He hopes that the scene of the sunshine after the rain will be beautiful and a source of happiness.

Ans: He says that the leaves create sweet music. The poet feels happy to hear this sweet music of rain.

Ans: After the rain, the sun shines bright. It makes every dark thing bright with its light.
